Monica Fleischman has been designing award-winning commercial interiors for over 25 years. She is known for creating highly functional, livable public spaces. Monica enjoys telling clients' stories through design. She is committed to client happiness, and every project receives personal attention. Whether designing luxe embassies or modern offices, Monica meets design challenges with ease. 

Cost-efficiency, design innovation, and sustainability are top priority. Common sense solutions keep projects on budget, while thoughtful, lasting designs maintain integrity from concept to construction. Experienced with LEED-certified projects, she understands the urgency of environmentally sound design and employs proactive resource management. 

Uniquely, Monica is educated in both architecture & interior design. Graduating from The College of Design Construction & Planning at Univ. of Florida's School of Architecture, she completed an intensive architecture foundation before specializing in interiors. She excelled at illustration, earning a 1st Place Award from the State of Florida for her beautiful hand renderings. Architecture informs her work via strong ergonomics, programming, and rigorous design development.  

Monica worked for Top 10 & Top 50 firms before striking out on her own. She supervised talented teams through all phases of design while working on large commercial projects upwards of 500,000 s.f.  

Now a Consultant, Project Manager, and Designer, Monica translates big-firm experience into every project, bringing expert skills to all phases of commercial design.
